Those of you who have visited us have in all probability enjoyed one of these traditional island cakes (just recently officially declared the State Dessert of Maryland). After many requests, we have decided to make these available by order. We will ship our freshly made cakes to you so you can enjoy this island favorite anytime.

We will make all flavors for shipment but please remember that some flavors will fare better in the shipping process than others. The traditional cake with the cooked chocolate frosting or the peanut butter/chocolate are the best shippers but all flavors can be shipped. For those of you within driving distance of Crisfield, we can also ship your cakes for pickup at the city dock in Crisfield aboard the local ferry.

AVAILABLE FLAVORS Chocolate - the island traditional favorite with yellow cake and cooked chocolate fudge type frosting

Chocolate Peanut Butter - yellow cake with cooked chocolate frosting and chocolate/peanut butter filling

Chocolate Whip - yellow cake with whipped chocolate buttercream frosting

Orange - yellow cake with cooked orange frosting is also an island favorite

Pineapple - yellow cake with pineapple filling available with cooked pineapple frosting or whipped buttercream pineapple frosting

Strawberry - white cake with strawberry filling and whipped buttercream frosting

Chocolate Decadence - chocolate fudge cake layers covered with your choice cooked or whipped chocolate frosting

Coconut - white cake with coconut filling and whipped coconut frosting

Ebony and Ivory- chocolate cake with white whipped buttercream frosting

Red Velvet - red velvet cake layered and frosted with whipped buttercream frosting

Pina Colada - yellow cake with whipped buttercream frosting flavored pineapple, coconut, vanilla and rum

Other seasonal varieties and speciality cakes will be available so be sure to check with us about which ones may be available. If you desire a custom flavor, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to fill your custom needs.

Cost
	All of our cakes are priced at $25.00 each (excluding custom orders and speciality cakes) plus shipping costs. We ship via USPS Priority or Overnight Express mail, whichever you desire. Cost of shipping will be exactly what USPS charges us.

How to Order
	To place an order, please click the e-mail link on this page and provide your name, phone number, address and what cake you desire and date needed by. We will then send you a reply with confirmation and shipping costs. We can accept payment via Paypal, personal check or money order. Please be advised that payment by check or money order must be received before cakes are prepared and shipped.
